Ontario government set to introduce the "Rental Fairness Act"

The Residential Tenancies Act is set to change as the government is planning on introducing the Rental Fairness Act. Among the many changes it will include rent control and different reasons a landlord can raise the rent above the guideline. To read more, click here for the CBC article.
