Average Toronto Rents Increase in 2022

The early reports are in, Toronto rent has officially increased in 2022. After 2021, which saw a decrease in average rental prices, 2022 tells a different story. The average one bedroom rental in Toronto rose to $2,044/month while the average two bedroom rental rose to $2,778/month.

The increase in year-over-year prices are 12.7% for one bedrooms and 15.1% for two bedrooms.
