Ontario Amends Occupiers Liability Act

Ontario has changed the Occupiers Liability Act, which can be read here, to include a section that only allows people sixty (60) days to serve notice to a homeowner if you suffer from a slip and fall. This shortens the timeframe for notice, and allows insurers to gather evidence quicker.
